MISSION POLICY
Our products are shipped in cooperation with EASY MAIL. We ship all over Greece, Cyprus.
The transport costs are based on weight as follows:
Greece
3€ up to 2kg and 1€ for each kilo over 2kg
The charge for cash on delivery is 3€.
For purchases over 79€ the shipping is free for orders up to 2kg.
Cyprus
18€ up to 2kg and 4.5€ for each additional kilo.
The above costs may be different for inaccessible areas
POLICY CHANGES
Only the exchange of products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging with full contents and accompanied by the special exchange document or proof of purchase will be accepted.
Any product that has been damaged, opened, used or whose packaging has been damaged will not be accepted for exchange.
Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when the product is shipped (the product is shipped at the customer's risk).
In any case, the return is the responsibility of the Customer.
RETURN POLICY
Only the return and replacement of products will be accepted due to defective packaging, damaged product or in case of destruction due to transport after sending information and photo to email: [email protected]
The return must be accompanied by the special change document or proof of purchase.
Please note that the transport costs are primarily the responsibility of the customer at the time of shipment of the product and are refunded to the customer after checking the product and if the problematic nature of the product is confirmed, to an IBAN indicated by the customer only.
If the products are to be returned, they must be sent within 10 days of the date of delivery to the following address:
