The prices listed on the website are in euros and include all tax charges (24% VAT) except for shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are shown during the order and invoiced at the end of the order, in addition to the price of the selected products.
sugar-skin.gr reserves the right to modify the prices applied to the products of the site at any time, but is committed to apply the prices listed on the Website at the time of your order.
We process your order within our available stock.
In the event that one of our products is not available, we are committed to contacting you by email within 3 working days from the date of the order, informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

On our site, the delivery deadlines mentioned are indicative and may be subject to change. sugar-skin.gr cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to delayed delivery or loss of your parcel by the carrier.
In case of non-receipt of the parcel within the mentioned deadlines, an investigation is made to the carrier and lasts up to 15 days. During this period, no compensation or reshipment can take place.
Upon receipt of your parcel, you must check that the products correspond to your order and to indicate, otherwise, by phone or email to sugar-skin.gr these observations on the same day or at the latest one working day after receipt of your order. Any request made outside this period will not be accepted and will release sugar-skin.gr from any liability to the Customer.
If you wish or need to return the products, they must be sent within 2 days from the date of delivery to the following address:

The return of products will not be accepted except for products that are in their original condition, in their original packaging, without having been opened, used or tampered with. The shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Please note that a delay of 24 hours is possible for the delivery of your order.
Additional information may be requested, or required, to validate your purchase.
Therefore, and in order to avoid any delay, we invite you to place your order using:

- a mobile and landline phone number (work or home) so that we can contact you at any time.
In addition, for each order whose amount exceeds the limit set by sugar-skin.gr i.e. 500 euros, you will be asked to send us an identity card and a proof of residence via fax, email or mail.
We are sorry for the inconvenience we are causing you, but these measures demonstrate our commitment to protect our customers from potential fraud.
sugar-skin.gr makes available to you payment by cash on delivery (up to the amount of 79,00€), deposit via payment by credit/debit card and bank deposit to our company's account.
Attention: if you choose to make a bank deposit, you must inform us immediately so that we can reserve the stock and after we reply positively, you can make the deposit. The order will be routed for shipment after approval by showing the full amount of the saw order in our account. Mandatory is the sending of the deposit receipt to our e-mail (KENO)
For payment by bank transfer, the transfer must be deposited in a bank within 2 days from the date of order entry. Beyond this limit, the order will be cancelled. Please allow 2-3 days from the time of deposit for the bank transfer to reach the accounts of sugar-skin.gr . In case the deposit is made by another bank outside our partner banks (Piraeus Bank and National Bank) the commission cost is entirely borne by the customer. Otherwise, he will be informed by email that his order will be routed for shipment until the payment of the remaining amount.
Consequently, delivery is made within 7-8 working days from the date of payment of the transfer. The amount of the bank commission due to a deposit from a bank other than Piraeus Bank or National Bank that we have is charged to the Customer. The necessary bank details of the account to which you should make your transfer are known at the time of completing your order.
For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send e-mail to sugar-skin.gr or phone to KENO
This option is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the dispatch of your order. After this point in time, cancellation is not possible.

Before orders are shipped, we contact you by phone to confirm the details. If there is no response from you, then after five days the order is cancelled.
In addition, the order with bank deposit will be cancelled within the same period of time (5 days after the order entry date), if there is no contact for the deposit of the amount.
